Design Notes: This saucer uses the four foundational rings as multi-band transmission arrays. The central manifold-stabilized core maintains structural integrity under extreme underground pressure. Variable-depth probes (based on rθ modulation) allow targeted transmission to any subterranean layer. When linked to the Super-City Infrastructure Builder, it functions as a mobile underground node capable of relaying data and energy between surface facilities and deep installations.
